Wholesale Shipping Information

Order Tracking

(This section applies to parcel deliveries only, it does not apply to pallet deliveries!)

It’s important to keep track of your order to make sure your goods are delivered as and when you need them. When we dispatch your order, we will email you the consignment and individual parcel numbers of each item (parcel) of your order, so you can track them via the interlink express website, which you can find here.

Interlink express will provide customers with a one hour delivery window so you won’t be waiting around all day waiting for your parcels. You will be notified by of your one hour window; alternatively, you can change the delivery date if something comes up. This process makes it as easy as possible for you, our valued customers, to receive your delivery when it is most convenient.

We work closely with interlink express to provide you with the best service and communication possible.

Delivery times

Your order will usually be shipped within seven working days after receipt of your payment, in most cases much quicker than this. If a product you ordered is out of stock, and during busy times, a short delay is possible. Deliveries will be made Monday-Friday between 9.00am-5.30pm specific delivery times and Saturday deliveries are available but additional charges apply please email or phone us for a quote if you require these services.

Delivery Cost

Exact shipping cost is not included in your online order but is added after your goods have been collected and weighed and deducted from your payment method.

UK mainland delivery £7.95 which covers up to 15Kg then 20p per additional Kg.

For Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Islands and the rest of the world please contact us for prices. If no contact is made prior to you making your order to one of these areas we will assume you accept our regular delivery charges to these locations and charge based on the cheapest service we have available to you.

We will always try and send your goods in the most economical and safest way for you.

Failed deliveries

We use a courier service for the majority of our dispatches, most of our couriers will attempt delivery and if unsuccessful they will hold the goods in their nearest depot to you for collection, or re-delivery (re-delivery charges apply). If collection is not made within 7 days the goods will be returned to us at a charge that will be passed on to you. Keeping the above in mind please do not arrange delivery to a location where you will not be able to accept it.

Carriage Of Liquids

Unfortunately we cannot accept claims against damaged liquid products unless you have asked for your goods to be send on a pallet delivery. This is due to the fragile nature of the liquids and the majority of couriers not offering compensation on damages to them. Therefore if you would like pallet delivery of liquids please view our pallet rates guide for the price of a pallet delivery to your postcode and if acceptable add to the notes during checkout 'Pallet Delivery'. If you have not asked for a pallet delivery and your goods are damaged in transit we regret that you will not be able to claim against these damages.

Out of Stock Items and Back Orders

We always aim to keep our website up to date. At busy times several customers may place orders for the same item causing them to go out of stock. Orders that contain products that are out of stock at the time of order (and not due back in stock within the coming seven days), will be sent out without those items. We do not hold 'back orders'. Articles out of stock (if still required) will have to be re-ordered at a later date. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
