      (This section applies to parcel deliveries only, it does not apply to pallet deliveries)

      It’s important to keep track of your order to make sure your goods are delivered as and when you need them. When we dispatch your order, we will email you the consignment and individual parcel numbers of each item (parcel) of your order, so you can track them via the DPD Local website, which you can find here.

      DPD Local will provide customers with a one hour delivery window so you won’t be waiting around all day waiting for your parcels, this will be emailed over to you on the day of your delivery (Please make sure all contact details are accurate). You will be notified by of your one hour window; alternatively, you can change the delivery date if something comes up. This process makes it as easy as possible for you, our valued customers, to receive your delivery when it is most convenient.

      We work closely with DPD Local to be able to provide you with the most convenient delivery.

      Delivery Times

      Your order will usually be shipped within seven working days after receipt of your payment, in most cases much quicker than this. If a product you ordered is out of stock, and during busy times, a short delay is possible. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:00pm. Saturday deliveries are available but additional charges apply please email or phone us for a quote if you require these services.

      Delivery Cost

      Exact shipping cost is not included in your online order but is added after your goods have been collected and weighed. Please make sure that all contact details are correct so we are able to get in contact with you to discuss delivery methods.

      All shipping costs are based on either the weight of your order and/or how many parcels. Please see below for pricing;

      Orders up to £5.00 UK Standard Delivery Whistl  £3.49

      UK Standard Delivery DPD Local includes England, Scotland and Wales but excludes the Scottish highlands and isles.

      Orders Values between:

      Between £5.00-£20.00 £5.49

      Between £20.00-£30.00 £6.49

      Between £30.00-£40.00 £7.49

      Between £40.00-£50.00 £8.49

      Once you have completed your order, the checkout will give you an accurate delivery charge according to the weight unless stated otherwise.


      Pallet deliveries, it may not be possible to send some orders via parcel delivery and a pallet delivery may be required. A member of our team will be in contact to discuss the delivery fee. The charge would all depend on the size of the pallet and the delivery location - prices vary from £39.00-£99.00. Postcodes which are not eligible for free delivery include BT, IV, KW, PA19+, PA1-19, PH, AB, DD, PO and TR.

      Next Working Day and Saturday Service, please contact us, during our working hours, before placing your order so that we are able to give an accurate quote. The quote would be based on your weight of your order, so please have the order ready.

      Scottish Highlands/islands, Ireland and international countries, please contact us after placing your order and we will be able to give you an accurate delivery charge based on either the weight of your order or how many parcels. We will attempt to contact you within 24 hours to discuss your delivery.

      We may need to get in contact with you to discuss the delivery charge so would ask if all contact details are correct when placing the order.

      We will always try and send your goods in the most economical and safest way for you.

      Failed deliveries

      We use a courier service for the majority of our dispatches, most of our couriers will attempt delivery and if unsuccessful they will hold the goods in their nearest depot to you for collection, or re-delivery (re-delivery charges apply). If collection is not made within 7 days the goods will be returned to us at a charge that will be passed on to you. Keeping the above in mind please do not arrange delivery to a location where you will not be able to accept it.

      Carriage Of Liquids

      Unfortunately we cannot accept claims against damaged liquid products unless you have asked for your goods to be sent on a pallet delivery. This is due to the fragile nature of the liquids and the majority of couriers not offering compensation on damages to them. Therefore if you would like pallet delivery of liquids please view our pallet rates guide for the price of a pallet delivery to your postcode and if acceptable add to the notes during checkout 'Pallet Delivery'. If you have not asked for a pallet delivery and your goods are damaged in transit we regret that you will not be able to claim against these damages. We do our very best to package the goods to prevent the products from damaging, however we have no control once they have left our warehouse.

      Out of Stock Items and Back Orders

      We always aim to keep our website up to date. At busy times several customers may place orders for the same item causing them to go out of stock. Orders that contain products that are out of stock at the time of order (and not due back in stock within the coming seven days), will be sent out without those items. We do not hold 'back orders'. Articles out of stock (if still required) will have to be re-ordered at a later date. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
