Delivery times
Your order will usually be shipped within seven working days after receipt of your payment. In case we do not have in stock one of the products you ordered and during busy times a short delay is possible. Deliveries will be made monday-friday between 9.00am-5.30pm specific delivery times and saturday deliveries are avaliable but additional charges apply please email or phone us for a quote if you require these services. For Security, Delivery will only be made to the address attached to the credit card. We do not deliver to alternate addresses without prior authorisation please contact us first to arrange this. ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE SIGNED FOR.
Failed Deliveries We use a courier service for the majority of our dispatches, most of our couriers will attempt delivery and if unsuccessful they will hold the goods in their nearest depot to you for collection. or re-delivery (re-delivery charges apply) If collection is not made within 7 days the goods will be returned to us at a charge that will be passed on to you. Keeping the above in mind please do not arrange delivery to a location where you will not be able to accept it. Minimum amount for your orders
As a wholesale customer we have a minimum 6 pack per item ordered unless otherwise stated. Minimum order £50.00 a 20% or £3.00 surcharge (whichever is greater) will automatically be added on orders under £50.00. Out Of Stock Items and Back Orders We always aim to keep our website up to date. At busy times several customers may place orders for the same item causing them to go out of stock. Orders that contain articles that are out of stock at the time of order; and not due back in stock within the next seven days will be sent out without those items. We do not hold 'back orders' articles out of stock if still required will have to be re-ordered at a later date. We apologise for any inconveniance this may cause. Shipping costs Shipping charges will be invoiced seperately depending on the weight of your order.

Pallet Prices from £35.00 + VAT per palette (please contact us with your postcode for exact cost to your address) National Delivery - For Scotland Ireland or international delivery please e-mail or call for quotes Shortages & Damages All deliveries should be accompanied by a detailed invoice (with an attached card reciept if you have paid by card). Please check deliveries to this invoice not your original web order as occasionally some items may sell out or be discontinued between the times of you placing the order and it being dispatched. If you cannot find this invoice please contact us and we will supply a copy. (please ensure you have checked thoroughly before requesting a new copy, including inside the cardboard flaps of all the boxes or attached to the exterior wrap on pallets). If after you have received your order and checked it to the invoice with it, you still believe items are not present or damaged please contact us within the next 2 working days and we will try and resolve this for you. (If you do not notify us within this time we will not be able to process your claim.) If your delivery is visibly damaged on the exterior of the box please make sure you sign for it as 'DAMAGED'. We cannot process claims where it has been signed for without comment or as 'UNCHECKED'. Right to return goods
You have the right to return ordered goods within 14 days after receipt. If you return the goods within the 14-day term, this will be considered as admissible revocation of the purchase contract. To meet the 14-day term it is sufficient to return the goods in time to: MX Wholesale, 72-94 Millbank Street, Northam, Southampton, Hants, S014 5QN. It is not necessary to give any reason for the return. Payments already made will be reimbursed to you after receipt of the returned goods. Goods manufactured to your specifications and clearly tailored for individual needs are excluded from the right of return. In case goods are culpably destroyed, damaged or depreciated in value through use by you or a person attributed to you, you have to make a compensation for the goods value or for its depreciation in value. We will not accept returned goods without a valid returns form and number which will need to be obtained from us prior to any return. We do not re-imburse carriage costs for goods being returned to us unless prior arrangement is made. All goods being returned may be subject to a admin and restocking charge of 20% or £5.00 (whichever is greater) of value of goods returned.
