The following information applies only to parcel deliveries, not pallet deliveries
When you place a wholesale order with us we go through the Order Process as listed on the 'Our Order Process ' Page (click the red text to go to the detailed information page). When we get to the final stage of 'Dispatched' our system will automatically send you an email to let you know your goods have left our warehouse, this delivery should contain your 'tracking number' or 'ident code'. (Usually looks like this:- JD0002297013972586) Most our parcel deliveries to mainland UK are dispatched Via DHL on a 24hr service which are delivered between Monday and Friday and 9.00am-5.30pm this means if your dispatch email is sent before 2pm then you should receive your goods on the following working day. (As we depend on a courier to deliver most of our orders we cannot guarantee this timescale). Details and information of the different stages can be found on 'Our Order Process' Page. Tracking your MX Wholesale order after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. After the delivery has left us tracking your MX Wholesale delivery is easy to do online at www.dhl.co.uk . All you have to do is click here to go to the tracking page of their website and under the heading of 'Nextday' click 'By Ident Code' then enter the ident code we sent you on the dispatch email, followed by clicking the submit button. This should provide you with realtime information of where your parcel currently is. It also gives you a option to contact DHL Signline if you see any errors or your delivery is taking too long.
